Cancellation Policy Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time — you'll receive a full refund of anything paid. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup, no-shows, and early returns may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to one day's rental rate, at the owner's discretion. Any refundable deposit hold is released in full. To cancel, reply to your booking confirmation or contact us as soon as your plans change. We'll always do our best to work with you.
